Returns and refunds
Because KKGoods operates as a curated export catalog and sourcing desk, non-quality returns are generally not accepted. Do not return any item before our support team confirms the case.
If an item has a quality issue, contact us within 48 hours after delivery with your order number, photos, and a clear description. Eligibility, replacement options, return shipping responsibility, and final handling are reviewed manually.
PayPal cases are reviewed manually according to the payment record and the item issue. USDT backup payments are not automatically refunded by the website. Underpayments, overpayments, wrong-network transfers, and payments made after expiry are sent to manual review. Wrong-network recovery is not guaranteed.
