Returns and refunds
Because KKGoods operates as a curated export catalog and sourcing desk, non-quality returns are generally not accepted. Do not return any item before our support team confirms the case.
If an item has a quality issue, contact us within 48 hours after delivery with your order number, photos, and a clear description. Eligibility, replacement options, return shipping responsibility, and final handling are reviewed manually.
Crypto payments are not automatically refunded by the website. Underpayments, overpayments, wrong-network transfers, and payments made after expiry are sent to manual review. Wrong-network recovery is not guaranteed.
