Shipping policy

KKGoods prepares orders after payment is confirmed. Normal order processing time is 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, subject to item availability, packing checks, and destination requirements.

The first release supports the United States, Canada, major European countries, Australia, and Singapore. If your destination is outside those regions, please submit a product request or contact us before payment so we can confirm routing.

Tracking information is added to the order record after dispatch. You can revisit the private order link from email to check payment, fulfillment, and tracking status.

Standard checkout requires a complete shipping address before payment so we can prepare the shipment without asking for core delivery details after funds are sent.
